Referral Services

Spinner Technologies provides referral services for our member companies in order to expedite their early stage development and thus increase their overall chance of succeeding. Such referral services connect faculty with local attorneys, accountants, business consultants, regulatory advisors, insurance agents, and other services providers. Most of the individuals on our substantial list of service providers are willing to provide their professional services in exchange for an inventive compensation package, which may include receiving equity and/or deferred payments as partial or full consideration for services rendered. Our referral list also includes business management candidates with varying degrees of experience in working with start-up companies. The right candidate for a particular member company will play an integral role in the company's successful development. In regard to financing the development of member companies, Spinner Technologies has compiled an impressive list of, and has developed a working relationship with, regional and national venture capital funds and angel investors. As the next few years promise to be a challenging time for raising investment funds, such financial facilitation services will be pivotal to the continued growth of many of our member companies.
