Advisory Services

One of the most attractive services that Spinner Technologies offers is expertise in business negotiations and related business advice. We expect that many developing companies will be presented with the opportunity of partnering with larger established companies. Spinner Technologies can provide guidance regarding reasonable business terms that are central to the success of such strategic partnerships, in the form of a joint marketing venture, sublicense, research agreement and the like. Additionally, Spinner Technologies can review and comment on SBIR/STTR proposals and company business plans, and assist with company consulting agreements.

Unlike our formation and referral services, Spinner provides these advisory services on an hourly basis. The company using such services will accumulate a debt at a specified, compartively reasonable, hourly rate. At the time of the company's next round of financing, such accumulated debt, adjusted for inflation, will be converted to equity in the company at the agreed-upon valuation rate for the financing round.

This fee-per-service setup ensures that Spinner Technologies will not be called upon to provide services that are not necessary, and allows our member companies to feel that they are paying a reasonable fee in exchange for services.
